Dolls in elaborate ancient Chinese Hanfu fashion (pic spam!)

They're too sexy for their clothing - but they have to wear them anyway! Did you buy it? Did you make it? Who cares - let'm strut their stuff here!

If I get married I may have to have one of these as my wedding dress. They are so pretty! It is weird though to use a doll for a model for a human sized garment; the brocades and all the beadwork would look really different in a larger size.

WOW! I just love all these outfits. Darn I need to start sewing.

I know! That's what I was saying. Like in that first pic I posted, the doll sized outfit and the human one look significantly different to me. I don't think the doll size is an accurate enough of a representation for fine expensive clothes like these. A little too hard to tell what the final product is really going to look like for a person.

maywong, if you start making some of these, I would so love to see them! I'd love to make stuff like this, but ug... getting all those materials together alone would be quite a hunt and cost.

My current all time favorite 1/6 head face up! I simply adore this! the hair is fantastic too, but I just love this makeup and the face tatoos. You can see some closer up images on the product page
