DIAMOND: I am honored to be invited into your home, King Elidor, I rejoice to see you looking so well.
ELIDOR: The honor is ours, Lady Diamond. You are most welcome here at any time.

DIAMOND: Your Majesty, I am here as you requested, how may I serve you?
HAZEL: Just Hazel, Diamond, please! Thank you for coming. Do sit down.

HAZEL: I'm really glad you were able to come. Can I get you a cup of tea? I hope you and the girls like the kimono I made for you. Did I get the colors on the right sides for Sapphire?
DIAMOND: Yes, Your Maj.. Hazel, the kimono are beautiful. They are perfect. Such an unexpected honor from one who dressed King Oberon and is now a Queen herself. Sapphire was very surprised.

HAZEL: Your tea?
DIAMOND: Thank you, Your Maj.. Hazel. You are very kind.

HAZEL: Actually, it's a little embarrassing. I have a problem I think you can help me with. There's this Nekomimi in terrible trouble and...

DIAMOND: Another? Oh no! I couldn't possibly... I mean, as Your Majesty desires... But...
HAZEL: No, no, no, I am explaining this very badly. I told her you couldn't possibly take in another. She'll be living here with me. But I don't have any idea how to take care of a Nekomimi! I was hoping you could give me some pointers?

DIAMOND: They are all a little different. They're a lot like children really, only not much common sense. So do you know much about her? Is she able to talk? How old is she?
HAZEL: Well, I think she's a little younger than Miyuki. And she does talk, and she's apparently a very good sort of person since she deserved a special wish. I'm expecting her any time now, and I'm at my wits end! I don't even know what to feed her!

DIAMOND: You treat them like any other young person. They do get a little excitable if they have too much sugar though.

HAZEL: What about baths? Should I send her to a school? And where? Would it be OK to homeschool her with the others? And I have a cat, do I need to worry about catnip around her? Fleas?

DIAMOND: I like to have extra towels in the bathroom, because of their tails. They do better in a structured environment with regular activities, but with your household I think you probably have enough students around for her to interact with. I have no idea about catnip! I never thought of that... perhaps better safe than sorry? And I'm sure any cat of yours would never have fleas! The girls each have their hobbies and favorite TV shows and movies, so I am sure she will too.
MUCH LATER

HAZEL: Another cup of tea?
DIAMOND: Yes, please, your tea is delicious as always.
HAZEL: And of course you must stay for some cake! I don't get a chance to see you often enough!

DIAMOND: No, thank you, I really shouldn't...It goes right to my hips.

HAZEL: Are you sure?
LILY: I baked it just for you.
DIAMOND; Well, maybe a little piece, wouldn't hurt.
